HOW TO REACH A HUMAN

Two different questions, two different places to send them.

We run this site. We don't run the offer. Sending an order question to us just costs you a day.

About this site

Editorial questions, corrections, press, partnership enquiries, privacy requests, or anything about the pages you're reading right now:

contato@leadstrike.com.br

We read everything and answer within two business days. There is no contact form on this page on purpose — a form that quietly goes nowhere is worse than an email address that works.

About an order, a delivery or a refund

We cannot help with these, and we don't have access to them. We are not the seller. We never see your payment, your order or your portrait. Contacting us about a purchase will only delay you.

Your purchase was processed by the seller's platform. To reach them:

  • Check your email receipt. The purchase confirmation you received after paying contains the seller's name and a support link. That is the fastest route.
  • Use the marketplace's buyer support. The offer is sold through Hotmart, which operates a buyer support channel covering orders, access problems, subscription cancellations and refund requests for every product on its platform.
  • Cancellations and refunds go through the seller. The offer is a monthly membership; cancelling is done in your account with the payment processor, and the refund window and conditions are stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Those terms are the ones that apply.

If you've tried the above and genuinely can't find a way through, email us anyway and we'll point you at the right channel. We just can't act on the order itself.
