Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

This site is operated by Leadstrike Digital Marketing LTDA ("we", "us"), which acts as the data controller for the information described below. Contact: contato@leadstrike.com.br.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, photograph or payment details. There is no account to create on this site. If you buy something, that transaction happens entirely on the seller's platform — we never see your payment information.

3. The quiz

Our quiz asks for your date, time and place of birth and for eight answers about what you look for in a partner.

None of it is sent to a server of ours. We have no database and no back end that receives it. Your answers are held in your own browser's local storage, under the key tsr_quiz, so that you can close the tab and pick the quiz back up where you left off.

When you choose to continue to the seller's checkout, your answers are encoded into a short string and attached to the outgoing link as a tracking parameter (sck), so the seller has the information needed to produce your reading. It looks like this: 12341234.19900215.0730.lisbon-portugal — the eight answer numbers, your birth date, your birth time and your birth city. From the moment you land on the seller's site, their privacy policy governs that data, not ours.

To erase what the quiz has stored, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or simply don't finish the quiz — nothing leaves your device until you click through.

4. What else we collect

4.1 Advertising click parameters

If you arrive from an ad, the link carries identifiers in the URL. We read and store the following when present: gclid, wbraid, gbraid, msclkid, the five standard UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), plus keyword, matchtype and device.

These are stored in a first-party cookie named tsr_click and in your browser's local storage, for 90 days. They are attached to the outbound link when you click through to the offer, so that a purchase can be attributed to the ad that produced it. They do not contain your name or contact details.

4.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages people read and where they stop reading. It records page views, scroll depth, clicks on our call-to-action buttons, which FAQ entries get opened, and standard technical data such as approximate location (city level), device type, browser and referring source. IP addresses are handled by Google and are not stored by us in identifiable form.

4.3 Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking, also loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count how many people who clicked one of our ads went on to click through to the offer. This is how we know whether an ad is worth running.

4.4 Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a short period and are not used for profiling.

5. Cookies and browser storage

• tsr_click — first-party, 90 days. Stores the advertising click parameters described in 4.1.
• tsr_quiz — first-party (local storage). Holds your quiz answers and birth details on your device so you can resume. Stays until you clear this site's data.
• tsr_consent — first-party (local storage). Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again.
• _ga, _ga_* — set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors. Up to 2 years.
• _gcl_* — set by Google to attribute ad clicks to conversions. Up to 90 days.

6. Consent

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, advertising and analytics storage start in a denied state and no such cookies are set until you accept them in the banner. If you decline, the site works normally and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. Outside those regions, analytics and advertising cookies are set by default, as permitted by local law.

To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page; the banner will reappear.

7. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — analytics and advertising cookies in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — server logs and site security, and measuring the performance of our own advertising in regions where consent is not required.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers. Data is processed by: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and our hosting provider. When you click through to the offer, the seller's platform becomes an independent controller of whatever you provide there, under its own privacy policy.

9. International transfers

Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

To exercise any of these, email contato@leadstrike.com.br with "Data request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. See our Disclaimer.

12. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
